Deposits & Refund Policy
Because all Eco Urban Enclosures are custom-made just for you, we have the following policy in place:

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your build spot and covers the site evaluation and measurements. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel before work begins, we can issue a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the deposit.

Once work has started, we’re unable to offer refunds, as materials and labor are already committed.
