Return Policy
At Eco Urban Enclosures & Events, each piece is custom-designed and built with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, our return policy reflects the custom nature of our work.
Custom Orders
All custom-built items — including event backdrops, signage, props, mobile bars, and trash or storage enclosures — are final sale once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rental Items (If Applicable)
Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work promptly to repair, replace, or resolve the matter.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus design time and material costs already incurred.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
