  •  How to Place Your Custom Order

    To get started, please send us a message with the following information:

     Number of bins (1, 2, 3, or 4)

     Bin dimensions (height, width, and depth)

     Preferred color or stain

     Any special requests, including:

     

    • Animal-proofing

    • Reinforced base

    • Extra lock or added security features

     Email Confirmation

    After submitting your request, please send an email to

    to confirm your order details.

     Site Evaluation & Build Timeline

    • A site evaluation will be scheduled within 3 days of your request

    • We will visit your property to evaluate and measure the installation area

    • After the site inspection, the estimated build time is 7–10 days

    Before painting:

    • We will send photos and a video of the completed enclosure for your review and approval

    After painting:

    • We will contact you to schedule your installation date

       

       

       

       Deposits & Refund Policy

      Because all Eco Urban Enclosures are custom-made just for you, we have the following policy in place:

      • A $100 deposit is required to reserve your build spot and covers the site evaluation and measurements. This deposit is non-refundable.

      • If you need to cancel before work begins, we can issue a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the deposit.

      • Once work has started, we’re unable to offer refunds, as materials and labor are already committed.

      We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order so we can make sure everything is just right for your space.
