Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your project date and placement on our schedule.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of installation (or upon delivery if installation is not included).
Work will not begin until the required down payment has been received and confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Square, Zelle, and Cash App.
No checks accepted.4. Scheduling & Installation
Project dates are estimated and may be subject to adjustments due to weather conditions, material availability, or site conditions beyond our control.
The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the installation area.
Pickup and delivery options are available. Installation services can be included upon request.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of signing will receive a full refund of the down payment.
Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the 50% down payment.
If materials have been purchased or work has already begun, additional charges may apply to cover incurred costs.
6. Design Changes
No changes are permitted once work has begun.
If modifications are requested after production has started, additional charges may apply depending on the scope of the change.
7. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 30 days following installation.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, misuse, or modifications made by the client after installation.
A progress photo and/or video will be provided for review prior to final detailing. Once final approval is given, no further changes may be made without incurring additional costs.
8. Liability
Eco Urban Enclosures is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain disruptions, or site-related issues.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
