Welcome to Eco Urban Enclosures & Events, LLC (EUE). By engaging our services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide custom fabrication services, including but not limited to:

Outdoor trash and storage enclosures
Custom event backdrops
Signage and props
Mobile bars
Specialty event fabrication

All items may be custom-designed and built to client specifications.

2. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to material cost changes.
A deposit is required to begin design and production.
Final payment is due prior to delivery, installation, or event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All custom-built items are final sale.
Design changes after approval may result in additional charges.
Production timelines begin once deposit and final design approval are received.

4. Cancellations

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund minus design fees and material costs incurred.
Once fabrication has started, cancellations are non-refundable.
Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned & may be disposed of or restocked.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery and installation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

6. Rentals (If Applicable)

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Clients are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Late returns may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eco Urban Enclosures & Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Proper use and maintenance of all products are the responsibility of the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and custom creations remain the intellectual property of Eco Urban Enclosures & Events unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to photograph and use completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Payment & Production Process

At Eco Urban Enclosures & Events, we maintain a clear and transparent process to ensure quality and alignment at every stage.

50% Deposit

One-half (50%) of the total project cost is required upfront to secure your project date and begin design and fabrication.

Progress Approval

A progress photo will be sent for client approval prior to painting or final finishing. This ensures the structure, sizing, and overall design meet expectations before completion.

Once approval is given and painting or finishing begins, no additional design changes can be made without incurring an extra charge. Any modifications at this stage may also affect the project timeline.

Final 50% Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to pickup or delivery.

Pickup & Delivery

Both pickup and delivery options are available. Delivery with installation services can also be arranged to ensure proper placement and setup.
